On the Bill name, Frank Bill stated "daddy [George Bill] used to say was that we came from Three Rivers or Trois Rivieres. He said the name was something like Lecomb Beland in french. One time there was preist from canada here. When daddy told him the name he knew it as a name from three rivers. I think the only way to find out what the name was is to look at the Bressette side [of the family]. This still leaves a problem as there are a lot of ways to spell Bressette. Dick LeCain said at least six there are some Beland's in Lebanon that are related to us.
